In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered against Adam Eugene Coy of Boone on a charge of disorderly conduct, amended from domestic abuse assault. Coy was fined $65 with a $9.75 surcharge. Magistrate Jessica Morton ruled he is unable to pay court costs.
A judgment was entered against James Pena of Denison on a charge of disorderly conduct, amended from assault. Pena was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
